Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Perform month-end closing procedures on Saturdays
- Prepare weekend financial statements and variance reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation documentation
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for weekend transactions
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Saturdays, 8am-5pm)
