Responsibilities
- Manage weekend financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Reconcile bank accounts and sub-ledgers to ensure data accuracy
- Support month-end closing activities with weekend deadlines
- Maintain digital filing systems for financial documentation
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Process payroll adjustments and employee expense reimbursements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
