Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable with weekend transaction processing
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Execute weekend payroll processing for client portfolios
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
- Provide weekend support for urgent financial inquiries and transactions
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP compliance knowledge and regulatory understanding
- Proven ability to manage weekend financial operations independently
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid California CPA license or actively pursuing certification
