Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and financial reporting
- Process payroll and AP/AR transactions with weekend-specific deadlines
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and audits
- Maintain digital and physical financial documentation systems
- Lead weekend financial meetings with international partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP
- Weekend shift availability (non-negotiable requirement)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance (FL/GA knowledge a plus)
