Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements with meticulous accuracy
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with senior accountants on tax preparation and compliance matters

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public or private sector
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
