Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and accounting software
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll cycles
- Generate financial reports for executive review and audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with night shift preference
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance standards
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
