Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare daily financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Conduct internal audits of financial records and compliance documentation.
- Process payroll adjustments and assist with tax filings.
- Maintain and update the general ledger for weekend entries.
- Collaborate with the week-day finance team to ensure seamless data transfer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
