Responsibilities
- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise
- Prepare month-end closing reports and variance analysis
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation compliance
- Process payroll for weekend staff using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage vendor contracts and expense tracking systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of weekend accounting experience in manufacturing/distribution
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong GAAP knowledge and SOX compliance understanding
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
