Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with weekend-specific deadlines
- Prepare weekend financial reports for executive review
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support weekend audit preparations and document management
- Collaborate with weekday team via handover meetings
- Maintain weekend accounting system integrity and backups
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
