Responsibilities
- Perform accurate financial reconciliation and reporting for weekend transactions.
- Process weekly payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
- Review and audit general ledger entries for discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the full-time accounting team during month-end close processes.
- Support audit preparations and documentation requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
