Job Responsibilities
- Perform week-end and month-end close procedures for the general ledger.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve discrepancies in accounts payable and receivable.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
