Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Perform internal audits and identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to budget and forecast financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
