Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts receivable/payable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and weekend financial reporting
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Manage weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Conduct weekend internal audits and compliance checks
- Prepare weekend financial statements and variance analyses
- Support weekend tax preparation and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- QuickBooks and MS Excel proficiency
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun)
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- CPA certification or pursuing CPA preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
