- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain cash drawer and adhere to security protocols
- Balance transactions daily and report discrepancies
- Assist customers with digital banking tools

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Strong cash handling accuracy and attention to detail
