Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy using provided equipment
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through personalized financial guidance
- Operate provided cash handling systems, scanners, and dual-monitor workstations
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions daily using provided tools
- Participate in branch initiatives using provided tablets and CRM systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with provided digital banking technologies (cash drawers, scanners, CRM)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
