Responsibilities
- Manage complex accounts payable/receivable cycles with multi-currency transactions
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for executive review
- Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Lead month-end closing processes and audit preparation
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Proven experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-volume transaction environments
