Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend financial transactions with meticulous accuracy
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during weekend shifts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entries
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
