Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Process payroll for weekend staff and maintain accurate employee records
- Generate financial reports for senior management using accounting software
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on weekend financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
