- Process and reconcile weekend transaction batches with 99.9% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and weekend closing reports
- Manage accounts receivable/payable cycles for weekend operations
- Conduct weekend audits and variance analyses for client portfolios
- Collaborate with weekday finance teams to ensure seamless financial continuity
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for weekend data processing and reporting
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with month-end closing processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detroit metro area residency preferred
