- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts
- Process payroll and vendor payments with weekend transaction focus
- Generate financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage accounts receivable/payable cycles for weekend operations
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with weekday team on financial strategy alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- CPA or active CPA candidacy preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Exceptional attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Proven weekend availability and time management skills
- Oklahoma CPA license (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
