Responsibilities
- Perform weekend-end financial reconciliations and account closures
- Process payroll and expense reports with zero-tolerance errors
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage accounts receivable/payable cycles on weekends
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for advanced financial modeling
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- QuickBooks Pro certification strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Unwavering attention to detail and numerical precision
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturdays & Sundays)
- CPA or CPA candidate highly desirable
