Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Manage weekend payroll processing for assigned client portfolios
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial data integrity
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Texas CPA license preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
