Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during weekend operations
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Process payroll transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support audit preparations with weekend document reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
