Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy.
- Support external and internal audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, verifying invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings under strict supervision.
- Maintain and update financial databases and records using modern accounting software.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (Internships and recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
