Responsibilities
- Perform weekend reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
- Process and verify weekend financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and weekend regulatory requirements
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and weekend audit preparations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- CPA certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
