Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for review
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax compliance
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial reporting tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend/shift work preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA designation
- Strong attention to detail with error-identifying capabilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
