Responsibilities
- Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations for client portfolios
- Process weekend payroll and vendor payments with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal review
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparations
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Respond to urgent financial inquiries from clients during weekend hours
- Support weekend cash management and banking operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- CPA certification or advanced accounting preferred
- Kentucky residency required for in-person client meetings
