Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing with 24-hour turnaround
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare weekend payroll runs and tax compliance documentation
- Support month-end closing processes with weekend-specific journal entries
- Generate financial reports for weekend operations review
- Assist with weekend audit preparation and documentation
- Maintain weekend financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of California tax regulations
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
