Responsibilities
- Execute daily general ledger entries and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes during the weekend cycle.
- Process payroll and manage time-sensitive financial reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial documents and spreadsheets.
- Communicate effectively with the finance team regarding discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
