Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts on weekends
- Prepare weekend financial reports including P&L statements and balance sheets
- Manage weekend payroll processing for client companies
- Conduct weekend audits and internal control reviews
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless financial operations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for weekend data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and error-spotting capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Tennessee financial regulations and tax codes
