Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Process accounts payable/receivable on weekends
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of Florida state tax regulations
- CPA certification preferred
