- Perform accurate month-end and quarter-end closing procedures
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for data entry
- Collaborate with weekday team on financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
