Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process payroll and vendor payments with precision
- Prepare financial statements for weekend reporting cycles
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable during weekend operations
- Conduct weekend audits and internal control reviews
- Assist with tax preparation documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
