- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial statements with real-time reporting
- Manage weekend payroll processing for multiple business units
- Conduct weekend month-end closing procedures with accuracy
- Support weekend tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement weekend financial controls and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on weekend financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
