Responsibilities
- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage weekend payroll processing for multiple business units
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and account maintenance
- Support month-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Assist with weekend tax document preparation and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless workflow continuity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet tight weekend deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail with error-free work ethic
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
