- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekend-specific transaction cycles
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance documents
- Process payroll and expense reports for weekend operations
- Implement internal controls for weekend financial activities
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend compliance reviews
- Optimize weekend accounting workflows using automation tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Strong GAAP compliance and regulatory knowledge
