Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions with meticulous accuracy
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for leadership review
- Manage accounts payable/receivable during weekend operations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks per weekend schedule
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless financial continuity
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for weekend reporting
- Support month-end closing processes on designated weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-4pm)
