Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions across multiple accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and weekend closing reports
- Assist with payroll processing for weekend staff
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Manage vendor payments and expense reports
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team on seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 8am-4pm)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
