Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records during weekend shifts
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow
- Collaborate with the finance team for seamless operations
- Handle ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an accountant or similar financial role
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and Excel
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Availability to work on weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
