- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and expense reports with precision
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare financial statements and compliance documentation for leadership review
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records per SOX standards
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure continuity and process efficiency
- Utilize QuickBooks and MS Excel for advanced financial modeling and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting protocols
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and ERP systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-peak hours
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) or actively pursuing designation
