Responsibilities
- Execute weekend-end month-end close procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with weekend-specific deadlines
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Conduct weekend audit support and compliance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial reporting
- Maintain accurate weekend transaction logs and documentation
- Support weekend tax preparation and filing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend hours
- Knowledge of GAAP and SFAS standards
