Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with same-week reconciliation
- Prepare month-end financial statements and weekend-adjusted reports
- Conduct weekend payroll processing and tax compliance checks
- Manage weekend bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
- Support weekday team with weekend-prepared financial data
- Maintain weekend audit trails and documentation standards
- Assist with quarterly weekend financial close procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of weekend accounting or shift-based finance experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and weekend-adjusted reporting practices
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and error-prevention skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 4 PM)
