Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor communications
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with team members during handover transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven work ethic
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
