Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements and weekend-specific closing reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for weekend business activities
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and variance analyses
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax compliance
- Support weekend audits and internal financial reviews
- Implement weekend accounting controls to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record of meeting tight weekend deadlines
