Responsibilities
- Prepare and review month-end closing reports
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Process payroll for weekend shifts
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing
- Generate financial statements and variance analyses
- Support audit preparations and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on weekends
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
