Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconcile accounts payable/receivable
- Process weekend payroll and ensure accurate tax filings
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage expense reimbursements and vendor invoicing
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel
- CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
