Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and industry-specific standards
- Implement and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial forecasting and planning
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Support tax preparation and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
