- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions including accounts payable/receivable
- Generate monthly financial reports and statements with precision
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation

- Monitor cash flow and manage banking operations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies
- Support month-end closing processes with timely data entry
- Collaborate with day-shift finance team for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with error-free work history
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and payroll processing
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Proven track record of meeting tight financial deadlines
