Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions weekly to ensure accuracy.
- Process payroll accurately for weekend staff and contractors.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ledgers, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Generate and send invoices to clients promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
