Responsibilities
- Execute daily accounting operations and financial reconciliation tasks.
- Perform month-end and quarter-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with a focus on accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable during weekend cycles.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and compliance reports.
- Review and audit journal entries for errors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting or finance.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
